I have found a title company that offers great quality, service and prices. It is hard to find all three characteristics at one place, but I believe I have. When my clients are only available after their jobs, you have accommodated them. When a client needs a little extra time, you make it. When a client closes more than one loan with you, they are rewarded with lower title costs. When I need to get a loan-closed last minute, you find a closer to close the loan, rather than tell me why you can't.
